We use PayPal because they’re extremely secure and a world leader in internet commerce. Once you complete your transaction, PayPal will send you a purchase confirmation to the email address you entered in their form. However, your Awareness Insight Report will be sent to the email address you write on your Handwriting Sample Collection Form

Step 1. Download a Handwriting Sample collection form and print on standard letter size paper.

Step 2. Click the Buy Now button; you will be taken to the PayPal web site to enter your private credit card information.

Written Inc. never sees your credit card. When you complete your transaction you will be given a “Transaction#”, write this number on your Handwriting Sample Collection Form.

If you purchase more than one Written Insight Report the Transaction# must be written on each page of your handwriting sample because the names and email addresses for each person will be different.

Step 3. Follow the directions on the form. Please use cursive or semi-cursive (connected printing). Block letter printing will not be analyzed.

Fax your completed Handwriting Sample Collection Form (2 pages) to the Fax number on form.

Be sure to write your Transaction #, name and email address legibly on both pages; your report will be sent to this email address when complete, so make sure that it’s legible.

A report is usually between 20 and 40 pages in length
